As part of our multi-year partnership, Cactus has helped Wellstar’s senior leadership bring the DOM strategy to life, supporting over 50 simultaneous initiatives—from telemedicine and remote patient monitoring to digital health products. Cactus’ role includes providing strategic advisory and planning as well as conceptualizing, prototyping, and implementing new technologies and patient experiences. This holistic, multi-faceted approach ensures that digital transformation is not just about products, but about reshaping the entire Wellstar ecosystem of care.
In partnership with Wellstar’s facilities and real estate teams, Cactus prototypes the future of digitally-enabled spaces, exploring concepts for hybrid care, primary care, and the Medical Office Building to improve patient experiences, optimize workflows, and make healthcare more accessible and efficient.
