Canyon Ranch is a pioneering brand in integrated medicine and wellness hospitality. For years Canyon Ranch was ahead of its time, advocating for an interdisciplinary approach that put mental and spiritual health on equal footing with physical health. Fast forward to 2020, and Canyon Ranch found itself in a very different competitive context: a host of new digital and destination players, from luxury gyms to virtual services. Canyon Ranch needed a way to play a bigger role in peoples’ lives—taking the iconic promise of the Ranch and making it accessible anywhere.

Envisioning a future where consumers maintain a connection with the Ranch irrespective of their location, our team conceptualized an ecosystem of experiences, including both traditional on-site engagements like the 'LaunchPad' and a new digital application app to serve as a bridge between the traditional and new, fostering continuous interaction with the Canyon Ranch team.
We saw the need for a digital offering that would encapsulate the brand's essence without letting technology overshadow the Ranch's core experience.

My Mosaic is a comprehensive and personalized guide that brings the transformational On-Ranch experience off Ranch and into the lifestyle of the Canyon Ranch patron. Personalized prompts from Ranch experts, guided digital experiences, and data based insights keep users engaged and invested in their lifelong journey to wellness.
