Campus Vision& Masterplan
A destination campus and community expression of Whole-Person Care
AdventHealth envisioned one of its hospital campuses as a hub for healthy living. However, as the organization expanded and its presence grew, it became essential to reassess the campus's role both for the brand and the community. To support future growth, a unified vision was needed to steer investments in the district and attract top talent across the broader health system.

Cactus partnered with AdventHealth leadership to create a 10-year vision and urban masterplan. Collaborating with team members, patients, regional stakeholders, and neighbors, we uncovered interdisciplinary insights that drove strategic messaging, crafted land-use guidelines, and inspired initial concepts to guide future development.
Our team conducted onsite workshops to gather input and feedback on potential design directions from AdventHealth stakeholders, local community members, and municipal leadership.
Our approach infused the AdventHealth brand and its philosophy of Whole-Person care into the campus’ architecture, wayfinding, patient touchpoints, and community spaces.
