Cactus built out a robust plan for Healthquarters’ digital and physical products, setting the company up for investment. Drawing analogues from a wide variety of industries, including the hospitality, restaurant, co-working, and retail industries, we created a competitive landscape for concept design inspiration and analysis. To create an accurate assessment of the target audience, Cactus performed qualitative user research with stakeholders across the healthcare industry including physicians in private practice, clinical operation administrators, practice management consultants, and more. Perhaps most importantly, Cactus developed both digital and spatial concepts for this new type of space. These ideas spanned everything from integrated software service design and interactive health data collection experiences to new waiting room concepts and creative ideas for separating out the clinical and administrative areas.
