The World Expo is known for its futuristic and thought-provoking installations, and the Expo 2020 Dubai is no exception. The desire was to bring attendees and guests into the midst of Brazil’s natural beauty, offer a shady and cool respite from the heat of the desert day, and dazzle with a must-see experience at night.

The Challenge
During the day, the shaded space is a respite for the heat of Dubai, where visitors can enjoy walking through the shallow reflective pool that’s positioned beneath the enclosure.
As the sun sets, the pavilion transforms into an immersive 360 audiovisual experience celebrating Brazil’s rich culture and diverse ecosystems.
Comprised of 140+ projectors, we created a system that seamlessly maps content on all sides of the monolithic enclosure.
